Arts and Entertainment
If you spend any time in the Annapolis Royal area, you'll certainly notice the many arts and entertainment activities that happen all year round. This is a community with a strong commitment to culture, and it shows in the number of performances, art and craft exhibitions, films, heritage re-enactments and workshops held here. Since the 1970s we've become a magnet for professional artists and craftspeople, writers, performers and cultural organizers who find an environment that stimulates creativity.
A hard-working corps of volunteers keeps things bustling through the year, with plays, concerts, cabarets, art exhibits and readings.
